You will follow scripts, handle routine inquiries, identify sales opportunities, and collaborate with colleagues to optimise outreach campaigns.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with prospective and existing customers.
• Lead generation and sales skills to identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and secure appointments.
• Customer support skills to respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive caller experience.
• Confidence on the phone, resilience in handling rejection, and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Prior experience in telesales or call centre work is beneficial.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry skills are preferred.
• Consistent work ethic and reliability; on-site in Northwich are required.
