Red King Resourcing is seeking a warm, confident Self-Employed Telesales Executive for a growing UK business specialising in home adaptations. The role is home-based with flexible hours, ideal for experienced telesales or appointment-setting professionals who work independently.

You will convert enquiries into qualified appointments for the field sales team, handling inbound calls, building rapport, and guiding customers through the process with empathy and clarity.

Formación

• Experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or inbound customer service.
• Clear, friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confidence discussing prices and budgets in a tactful way.
• Patience and empathy when speaking with older customers or people with additional needs.

Responsabilidades

• Convert incoming enquiries into qualified appointments for the field sales team.
