Job summary

Elite Consultancy Network Limited. seeks a Regional Service Delivery Supervisor to lead a Northern team coordinating Field Service Engineers across the North. The role reports to the Service Delivery & Warranty Manager and concentrates on efficient workload planning and high service standards.

The position involves hands-on support during busy periods with a clear path to develop the service coordination team within an established business. Hybrid work is available after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Experience in service coordination or engineering support.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of five Service Controllers.
• Manage appraisals, absence, performance, disciplinaries and staff development.
• Oversee service planning, engineer scheduling and customer requirements.
• Provide hands-on support during busy periods, holidays and sickness.
• Monitor team performance, service standards and departmental targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
