STILL Material Handling is seeking a Senior Manager Service Delivery to oversee UK-wide Regional Service Managers and their engineering teams. You will provide strategic leadership, build strong customer partnerships, and drive service excellence across the network to achieve revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

You will coach leaders, manage multi-million pound budgets, and collaborate with the Dealer Development team to strengthen service relationships while ensuring QHSE

Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability with experience managing leaders and teams.
• Strong coaching/mentoring skills with ability to develop talent.
• Experience managing multi-million pound service budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Regional Service Managers through coaching and performance reviews.
• Manage operational budgets including revenue up to £10m.
• Deliver core Service KPIs: revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, operations.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE, safety and environmental standards.
• Support growth by identifying opportunities to increase service revenue and value.
