Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a regional team of Service Engineers, ensuring uptime and quality across the north of the UK. You will act as a primary contact for the team, manage SLAs and KPIs, and help shape new solutions while maintaining documentation.

This fast-growing role involves coaching staff, coordinating with dispatch, and stepping into Field Manager duties when needed. Travel to Hemel Hempstead is expected; ambitious leaders who can balance day-to-day tasks with

Qualifications

• Experience in area management with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team; train and support members.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electromechanical equipment and software configuration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; guide others.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; provide technical training.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across projects and international markets.
• Experience overseeing quality control and documentation.
• Skilled in managing relationships with internal staff and international subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Service Engineers delivering high-quality service.
• Coordinate with dispatching to allocate jobs across the region.
• Maintain KPIs and SLAs; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Respond to high-priority incidents and coordinate rapid resolutions.
• Oversee maintenance and modernization of parcel locker machines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Manage tools, stock, and documentation for service continuity.
• Support cross-border operations and subcontractor coordination.
