Job summary

VPss is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to secure new business across the North West in a field-based role. You will build relationships with commercial fleet operators, using a consultative sales approach to present tailored fleet safety and fleet technology solutions.

Develop existing accounts while winning new business, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to order. The role offers uncapped commission and an OTE of over £75,000, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales and new business development.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Consultative selling approach to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifying, targeting and winning new business across the North West.
• Building relationships with Fleet Managers, Transport Managers and other decision-makers.
• Generating leads, developing opportunities and managing the full sales cycle to order.
• Understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored products and solutions.
• Developing existing accounts alongside new customer acquisition.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing realistic sales forecasts.
