Job summary

SMUK is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own the North West territory. Your role will involve creating opportunities, building strong commercial relationships and driving sustainable sales growth for commercial fleet safety solutions.

You’ll identify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate and convert opportunities into orders, working with internal teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B business development or field sales.
• Experience identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the North West.
• Build relationships with Fleet Managers, Transport Managers and dealers.
• Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Promote SMUK capabilities to deliver Total Fleet Solution.
• Manage opportunities from engagement to quotation and order.
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, Engineering and Operations teams.
