Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the construction phase of a high-availability data centre project. You will act as the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, construction expertise and knowledge of CDM regulations, with responsibilities spanning safety, design reviews, procurement and stakeholder engagement across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and environmental compliance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIOB, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site representative and liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage construction activities to meet schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and site governance on a large-scale data centre project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal teams; manage submissions and approvals.
