Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our rapidly growing team on a major data centre construction project in the Nordics. The successful candidate may be based 100% in-country or undertake significant international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 rotations).

You will lead project quality management, acting as the interface between the Client and Contractor Quality Teams, and ensure compliance with specifications through planning, execution, and a strong quality culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects.
• Experience working on data centre/technology projects preferred but not essential.
• Experience in consultancy, general contractor or client-side environments.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on Quality Management for the Project as interface between Client and Contractors Quality Teams.
• Manage Arcadis Quality team on the project to deliver client expectations.
• Direct on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded promptly.
• Prepare, develop and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with Owners specifications.
