Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a site-based Construction Programme Lead to manage the construction phase of data centre projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. You will act as the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and environmental compliance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIOB, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction phase of data centre projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, within time, cost and quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders as primary site representative.
• Manage Site Wide Logistics and oversee site operations with safety and quality compliance.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate construction activities across disciplines.
• Establish and maintain procedures for shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
• Track progress against schedule and budget, report deviations and mitigation actions.
• Raise early warnings for risks to schedule and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with partners for on-time delivery of Owner Furnished equipment.
• Ensure permits are obtained to meet the schedule.
