Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Construction Phase Lead for data centre projects. You will act as the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-availability infrastructure on time and within budget, while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

You will work with schedulers, vendors and clients to develop logistics, manage subcontractors, control drawings and submittals, and monitor progress against IMS.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, cost, and quality.
• Develop site-wide logistics plans and ensure safe, compliant site operations.
• Oversee subcontractors and coordinate construction activities across disciplines.
• Manage drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; raise risks and mitigations.
