Job summary

Arcadis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Project Director to lead one of our largest hyperscale data centre construction projects. You will oversee pre-construction through to close-out, coordinate stakeholders and ensure delivery on time and to budget, with responsibility for IMS, HSE and contractor management.

The role requires managing international travel to the Nordics (11/3 rotation) and a strong client interface, with a track record in large-scale infrastructure and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Contractual and commercial understanding of multiple forms of contract.
• Track record in delivery of large critical infrastructure projects.
• Can demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of HSE in construction.
• Experience of a client interface role.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperscale data centre construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure delivery, prepare Master Schedule and Budget.
• Manage Contractor pre-qualification, bids, analyses and recommendations.
• Oversee IMS, HSE culture, and quality control across the project.
• Coordinate with the Client’s commercial and PCG teams on budget and scheduling.
