Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction phase of data centre projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, on time, within budget and to quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and environmental compliance.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIOB, PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction phase of data centre projects, ensuring delivery to client requirements, within time, cost, and quality standards, and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary site representative, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver high-availability mission-critical infrastructure.
• Develop and implement the site-wide logistics plan and IMS with the Scheduler; manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and approvals.
• Oversee subcontractors, coordinate construction activities across disciplines, and manage progress against schedule and budget with mitigation actions.
• Raise early warnings for risks to the schedule and liaise with partner teams for on-time delivery of Owner Furnished equipment.
