Job Description:

Join Telent's Engineering Team as a NOC Technician and contribute to maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure. In this role, you'll provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. The position involves working in a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
• Communicate incident updates to customers.
• Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting enterprise and service provider networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
