Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and drive solutions, working with technical experts committed to the impact of their work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure to ensure connectivity and protection 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and KPIs. The role involves working on a 24/7 365-day shift rota.

What you’ll do:

• Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
• Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
• Action Service Requests.
• Assign tickets to support and engineering teams and other service providers.
• Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
• Coordinate traffic management with providers, control teams, and field resources.
• Communicate with customers about network incidents.
• Coordinate with utility companies regarding power issues affecting the network.

Who you are:

Experienced in supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of seniority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
