Job Title: NOC Technician - Innovative Engineering Team (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Luton, Bedfordshire

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts to make a significant impact. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical tasks to maintain the nation's critical infrastructure connectivity and security 24/7.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs.
  2. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to meet KPIs.
  3. Create and manage network incident tickets from customer reports.
  4. Coordinate service requests, dispatch tickets to support teams and service providers.
  5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
  6. Organize traffic management, liaising with providers and regional teams.
  7. Communicate with customers regarding network incidents.
  8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.
Candidate Profile:

Previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment, is required.

Key Skills:
  • Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of liaising at all levels of seniority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
