Job Description:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts committed to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical infrastructure to ensure connectivity and security 24/7.

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician supports the NOC engineering team by handling incident management, supporting contractual KPIs, and working on a 24/7 shift rota.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
2. Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
3. Process Service Requests.
4. Assign tickets to support teams and service providers.
5. Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
6. Coordinate traffic management with relevant teams and providers.
7. Communicate incident updates to customers.
8. Coordinate with utility companies during power-related network issues.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in supporting enterprise and service provider networks, ideally within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with 1st line diagnostics and incident resolution.
• Strong communication skills for liaising at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
