Neos Networks is seeking a Network Operations Team Leader at our Havant office with 37 hours per week. The role leads a large NOC team in a 24/7 environment, balancing incidents, escalations and performance against agreed service levels.

We offer flexible working arrangements, including office, home and hybrid options, a base salary up to £60,000 plus a performance-related bonus and a comprehensive benefits package to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

• Proven ability to manage incidents and customer escalations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

• Lead a large team of NOC engineers in a 24/7 environment.
• Provide guidance during incidents and escalations to resolution.
• Foster ownership, collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Maintain ticket quality, customer communication, and case management.
• Coach engineers with development planning.
• Manage team performance, attendance and engagement.
• Oversee shift rotas, holidays and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Service Delivery and partners.
• Use performance data to drive improvements.
• Deputise for the Senior Network Operations Manager when required.
