Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking an experienced Network Operations Team Leader to provide day to day leadership of our Network Operations Centre within a 24x7 operational environment. Based at the Havant office, this permanent role offers flexible arrangements including office, home and hybrid working.

You’ll lead 4 teams of NOC engineers, manage escalations and major incidents, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while developing people and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a NOC, telecoms or service operations environment.
• Previous leadership or people-management experience.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms and network technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 4 x 24/7 NOC shift teams to deliver service.
• Manage customer and operational escalations.
• Drive incident and fault resolution performance.
• Coach, develop and performance-manage team members.
• Manage staffing, rotas, holidays and resource allocation.
• Build relationships across Operations, Engineering and suppliers.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Deputise for the Senior Network Operations Manager when required.
