Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a NOC Tier 1 Analyst for a 1-year fixed-term contract, based in Havant. You will monitor faults, manage tickets and communicate updates to customers while coordinating with engineers to meet SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Fault logging and ticket management with regular updates to customers.
• Answering calls from customers, engineers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Processing access requests for Neos PoP sites and third‑party datacentres.
• Logging engineers on and off site to ensure safety and site security.
• Alarm management for site systems (Power, UPS, Generator, Air Con, Security).
• Deliver first-class support in high‑pressure environments across Neos Networks.
