Job summary

Neos Networks is hiring a NOC Support Analyst in Havant to ensure faults are managed within SLAs. Responsibilities

• Log faults and manage tickets with regular updates to customers.
• Answer calls from customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Process access requests for Neos Networks PoP sites and third-party datacentres.
• Log engineers on/off site to ensure safety and site security.
• Monitor alarms for sites (power, UPS, generators, cooling, security).
• Deliver high-class support in a high-pressure environment across Neos Networks.
