Job summary

Neos Networks is hiring a NOC Support Analyst in Havant to ensure faults are managed within SLAs. You will communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders, and coordinate with engineers for site access and safety. The role requires strong time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced NOC/Service Desk environment preferred.
• Ability to document issues and updates clearly for customers and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Log faults and manage tickets with regular updates to customers.
• Answer calls from customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Process access requests for Neos Networks PoP sites and third-party datacentres.
• Log engineers on/off site to ensure safety and site security.
• Monitor alarms for sites (power, UPS, generators, cooling, security).
• Deliver high-class support in a high-pressure environment across Neos Networks.
