Neos Networks is seeking a NOC Support Analyst to join our team. The role offers a flexible working arrangement including office, home, and hybrid options with a fixed term of 1 year and a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus a bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The successful candidate will manage faults within SLAs, provide regular updates to customers, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and organisational skills to coordinate tasks across the business.

Qualifications

• The NOC Tier 1 Analyst ensures all faults are managed within SLAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Fault logging and ticket management, ensuring customers receive regular, timebound updates.
• Answering phone calls from customers, engineers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Processing access requests for Neos Networks PoP sites and third-party datacentres.
• Logging engineers on and off site to ensure their safety and site security.
• Alarm management for sites (Access, Mains Power, UPS, Generator, Air Con, Security).
• Deliver first class support in a high-pressure environment to all areas of Neos Networks.
• Develop appropriate technical skills and competencies to deliver high-class service across Neos Networks.
• Adhere to Neos Networks Security policies.
• Maintain professional relationships with third parties and the rest of the business.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and actively promote safety culture.
