Davies is seeking a NIHL File Handler to join its Legal Department in Bolton. The role involves reviewing documentation, handling disclosure, and managing a litigated caseload with support from a collaborative team.

You will liaise with Counsel, Insurers and Insureds, draft clear reports, and attend hearings as required, while ensuring compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations. The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule with UK-based offices.

Formación

• Experience handling NIHL claims and mediating litigated caseloads.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, court procedures and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to review evidence, medical records and witness statements and prepare clear reports.
