Job summary

Davies is seeking an NIHL File Handler to join our Legal department in Bolton. The role involves reviewing documentation, ensuring disclosure compliance, conducting investigations, and liaising with Counsel, witnesses, and Insurers.

You will manage a litigated caseload within a supportive team and contribute to case strategy and timely updates. The position requires experience with NIHL claims, strong drafting and communication skills, and adherence to SRA Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated NIHL claims and managing a caseload independently.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, court procedures and disclosure requirements.
• Ability to review evidence, medical records and witness statements, and prepare clear reports.
• Experience instructing Counsel and Experts and attending hearings, conferences and trials.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling litigated NIHL claims and managing a caseload independently.
