Qualifications

• Overnight team leadership experience in a retail, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong people and performance management skills including disciplinary capability.
• Proven ability to deliver high standards of availability and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead an overnight team to deliver all replenishment activities and organise deliveries.
• Occasionally run the full store operation overnight, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning for ready customer service.
• Manage performance, capability, scheduling, and pay in line with store policy.
