Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for nightshift to lead overnight replenishment, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse and stock shelves. You’ll be hands‑on, run a full store operation and safeguard the team’s safety and wellbeing.

You'll manage performance and scheduling, ensure quality standards come morning, and benefit from a £4,500 premium on top of a base salary of £31,700+ for 4 nights per week.

Qualifications

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Experience with nightshift operations and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment across the store and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operation overnight and ensure safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are excellent by morning to serve customers.
• Manage performance, scheduling and disciplinaries as required.
