Job summary

Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Chichester is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager for night shift. You will lead an overnight team delivering replenishment, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are stocked while prioritising deliveries.

The role is permanent and full-time with a base salary from £16,256 plus a £4,500 night-shift premium. You will manage performance, uphold safety standards and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team overnight in a fast-paced store.
• Proven ability to deliver and monitor KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction).
• Ability to manage discipline and performance issues.
