Qualifications

• Experience delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues.

• Track record meeting or exceeding KPIs like sales and availability.
• Experience managing employee relations issues, including absence management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all replenishment activities overnight and prioritise deliveries.
• Run full store operations overnight and ensure safety of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards so morning teams can serve customers confidently.
• Manage performance, disciplinarys, scheduling and payroll accuracy.
