Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is hiring a Nightshift Manager for our West Belfast store. You will lead overnight teams to ensure replenishment readiness for the next day, plan around trading activities, and manage performance, attendance, and safety across the shift.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with night shifts in a fast-paced retail environment, and a focus on delivering high customer service and store standards. Permanent, full-time position with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, delivering all replenishment activities for customers the next morning.
• Plan for upcoming trading activities by collaborating with the store leadership team.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations incl. performance and absence.
• Oversee health and safety for all colleagues on shift and model high standards.
• Hold accountability for overnight store operations and drive efficiency and engagement.
