Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld, is seeking a night-time receptionist to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and perform routine health & safety checks.

You will set up meeting rooms, ensure the hotel is clean, and maintain a calm, professional presence during night shifts including weekends. A passion for guest service and independence on night duty are key requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide a warm, friendly welcome to guests during night shifts.
• Carry out overnight reception duties including check-ins and check-outs.
• Perform health and safety checks and maintain meeting room setups.
• Ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.

What will I do?

You’ll provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night, overnight reception duties including check ins & check outs, regular hotel and health & safety checks, set up of meeting rooms and ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.

This role is working the night shift so must be flexible to work nights, including weekend working.
