Job summary

The QHotels Collection, located near Glasgow, seeks hospitality staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences across Food & Beverage outlets. You will ensure brand standards, assist guests with inquiries, and support sales through up-to-date promotions and pricing knowledge.

Ideal candidates show passion for guest service, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working under pressure. Flexible shifts and ongoing training are provided.

What will I do?
