Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a night reception teammate to deliver warm, friendly and professional service throughout the night. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, perform routine safety checks, and assist with meeting room setups while maintaining a clean, presentable environment.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, including weekends, and a courteous, proactive approach to guest needs and safety. Hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Courteous and pleasant attitude.
• Conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night.
• Overnight reception duties including check-ins & check-outs.
• Regular hotel and health & safety checks.
• Set up meeting rooms and ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.
• This role is working the night shift so must be flexible to work nights, including weekend working.

What will I do?

You’ll provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night, overnight reception duties including check ins & check outs, regular hotel and health & safety checks, set up of meeting rooms and ensure the hotel is clean and presentable at all times.

This role is working the night shift so must be flexible to work nights, including weekend working.
