Job summary

The Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is part of The QHotels Collection and is seeking a strong leader to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering a superior guest experience and driving revenue through upselling and promotions.

You will lead the team, ensure training, and maintain high standards of service, wine and spirits knowledge, and a professional, guest-centric operation across the 148-bedroom property just outside Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
• Drive revenue at every opportunity by upselling and explaining promotions to our guests.
• Ensure all team members have had the correct training to upsell and understand promotions.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’lldrive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upselland explain promotions to our guests.
