Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a finance-minded professional to join a fast-paced department. You will help check and reconcile financial results, handle cash/banking, and assist with payroll, budgeting, and forecasting under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

The role offers study support for AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, plus extensive employee benefits and development opportunities within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced finance department.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Word.
• Ability to chase debts and manage cash and banking.
• Strong organisational skills in a busy environment.

What will I do?

Working within a fast-paced finance department, ensuring the financial results of the hotel are checked and reconciled. You will be hands on checking the cash and banking, actively chasing debts, working alongside the hotel team to deal with any account queries. Working alongside the Finance Manager to build up your experience and knowledge around payroll, budgeting, and forecasting.
