Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage leader at Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld. You will work on the floor with your team, ensuring brand standards and exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, events/banqueting background, and proven people management skills. Join a property with a 4* rating, golf, spa, and diverse dining options.

• Previous experience working within hospitality.
• Experience in busy meetings & events, banqueting and weddings venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring brand standards and guest experience are top priority.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager across the restaurant, bar and conference & events operations.
• Maximise revenues and uphold service quality across all F&B touchpoints.

What will I do?

You will be hands on, working on the floor together with your team, leading by example ensuring brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager across the F&B operation which will include the restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
