Job summary

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort, part of The QHotels Collection, is seeking a hands-on F&B leader to drive guest experience and revenue across restaurant, bar and events spaces.

You will work with your team on the floor, ensuring brand standards are met and supporting the F&B Manager in daily operations, including meetings and events, weddings, and banqueting duties. A strong background in hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience in busy venues.
• Experience in meetings, events, banqueting and weddings.
• Restaurant and bar management experience.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on on the floor, leading by example to uphold brand standards and maximise revenue.
• Assist the F&B Manager across the restaurant, bar and conference/events areas.

What will I do?

You will be hands on, working on the floor together with your team, leading by example ensuring brand standards are adhered to, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity. Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager across the F&B operation which will include the restaurant, bar and conference & events areas.

Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is just outside Glasgow in Cumbernauld and is a 4*, 148-bedroom property.
