Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a compassionate Street Outreach Recovery Co-ordinator for Nottinghamshire. You will cover the county, delivering street outreach and night shelter support to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk, with flexibility for early morning and evening shifts.

The role requires engaging with people at all times of day, building trust, and helping them move towards stable accommodation while following safeguarding and data-recording practices.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging and providing meaningful support to individuals with severe multiple disadvantages.
• Experience of communicating effectively with people requiring support.
• Experience of recording relevant sensitive information in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of drugs and alcohol support and at least one of the following; housing; homelessness; the benefits system, mental or physical health, the criminal justice system, domestic abuse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver street outreach and night shelter support to people who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness.
• Engage with individuals in various settings, including early morning and evening shifts, and record information with attention to detail.
