Zusammenfassung

Change Grow Live are recruiting a Street Outreach Recovery Co-ordinator to work across Nottinghamshire, delivering street outreach and night shelter support. The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to building trusting relationships with people facing homelessness.

You will engage with individuals with complex needs, maintain sensitive records, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with driving duties and a focus on trauma-informed support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience engaging individuals experiencing severe multiple disadvantages.
• Experience communicating effectively with people requiring support.
• Experience recording sensitive information in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of drugs/alcohol support and housing, homelessness, benefits, mental/physical health, or criminal justice.

Aufgaben

• Deliver street outreach and night shelter support across Nottinghamshire.
• Engage with rough sleepers and those at risk of homelessness to build trust.
• Record information accurately and maintain case notes per policy.
• Drive the Outreach Van and cover outreach shifts, including mornings/evenings.
