Job summary

Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to manage a caseload of individuals affected by drugs and alcohol. You will deliver recovery-focused interventions, coordinate care and develop recovery plans to support meaningful change.

You will work across one of our Norfolk localities, undertake comprehensive assessments and collaborate with partner agencies to improve health and wellbeing. Regular travel and a valid driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of substance misuse issues and related field experience preferred.
• Experience working with groups/pods and managing group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and good IT skills.
• Proactive with strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to work in partnership with professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support service users from entry through recovery journey.
• Conduct screening, assessment, recovery planning and onward referrals.
• Reduce drug- and alcohol-related harm for individuals and the wider community.
• Promote involvement of carers, service users and communities.
• Advocate for access to partnership services and support social reintegration.
• Deliver structured group sessions and tailor workshops to needs.
• Collaborate with co-facilitators to review progress after groups.
