Overview

Night Team Member vacancy at Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport. The hotel has 130 bedrooms, opened in 2020, located at Inverness Airport and managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, part of the Molo Hotel Group. The role supports the Night Reception and Food and Beverage Teams to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a smile, anticipate needs, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations, ensuring a memorable stay. From checking guests in to serving late night snacks, make each guest feel welcomed from arrival.
  • Collaboration: Work with the food and beverage and day-time reception teams, provide full updates and handovers to the day-time team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Demonstrate strong teamwork to create an exceptional stay.
  • Compliance Standard: Support night operations by conducting necessary fire and safety checks to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all guests.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
