Job summary

Witherslack Group in the United Kingdom seeks a Night Support Worker to join our Children's Homes, helping young people through the night and guiding them toward a hopeful future.

You’ll work 4 nights on, 4 off, starting with a 4-week Care Academy induction. The role offers a base salary of £30,849–£33,896 with a £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• A 'can do' attitude and teamwork
• Honesty and empathy are essential
• Resilience to handle challenging situations
• Hold a valid UK driving licence (12+ months)
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (study funded if needed)

Responsibilities

• Care for the home and supervise young people through the night
• Support with paperwork, cleaning and laundry when quieter
• Build rapport and trust to support each child’s needs
• Participate in a four-week Care Academy induction
