Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking Night Support Workers to care for children in our homes overnight, supporting those with SEMH needs and trauma. You’ll build trust, respond to crises, and help with nightly routines.

We offer rewards including base £29,449–£32,496, an Attendance Allowance of £1,400, 4-week induction, 7 weeks holiday, progression opportunities, flexible benefits and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
• Willingness to study Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with employer support
• 4-week Care Academy induction to begin your role

Responsibilities

• Take care of the home and our young people through the night.
• Respond to a young person waking during the night, including trauma or distress and provide support.
• Carry out paperwork, cleaning and laundry in quieter times.
• Build rapport and trust with young people to empower positive change
