Job summary

Witherslack Group Ltd. is looking for Night Support Workers to help young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. You’ll be there through the night to support, listen, and respond to crises, while maintaining a safe and caring environment.

You’ll begin with a 4-week Care Academy induction. A full UK driving licence and a compassionate, resilient approach are preferred, and the salary reflects sector norms (£29,449–£32,496).

Qualifications

• A 'can do' attitude and team player mindset.
• Genuine care for young people with SEMH needs.
• Willingness to work night shifts and undertake on-going training.

Responsibilities

• Provide night-time care for children/young people in our homes.
• Build rapport and trust with residents during hours of need.
• Carry out routine duties such as paperwork, cleaning and laundry.
