Job summary

Witherslack Group is hiring a Residential Support Worker to join our UK Homes team. You will help young people with daily routines, schooling, homework and activity planning, while building trust and positive futures.

The role includes up to 4 sleep-ins per month, with enhanced pay, plus a thorough 4-week induction, generous holiday allowance and ongoing development through our Aspire programs.

Qualifications

• A ‘can do’ attitude – a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help others.
• Genuine care for young people with empathy and resilience.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• If lacking Level 3 Diploma, WG supports you to study.

Responsibilities

• Take care of our young people day to day, helping them get ready for school and supporting homework.
• Complete paperwork and plan activities; evenings and weekends for fun and lasting memories.
• Provide a positive, supportive presence and help guide each child toward a positive future.
