Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking Night Support Workers to join our Children’s Homes in the UK. This role involves overnight care, building trust with young people, and supporting them through trauma, with duties including night-time supervision, paperwork and light domestic tasks.

You’ll start in our Care Academy, earn a base salary between £29,449 and £32,496, plus an Attendance Allowance of £1,400, 7 weeks’ holiday, and a flexible benefits package. Driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Requires a can-do attitude and empathy in challenging situations.
• Ability to maintain trust and provide support during nights.
• Driving licence held for at least 12 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight care and supervision for young people.
• Support during trauma, illness, or sleep disturbances.
• Complete paperwork, cleaning and laundry as required.
