Job summary

PrimeLife Ltd in Mansfield is seeking Night Support Workers to join our caring team. Roles include night shifts 8pm–8am across a 7-day week, with opportunities for full or part-time contracts based at Oakdene Care Centre.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£12.96–£13.32) with full DBS funding, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend bonus up to £250. Training provided; prior care experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Prior care experience preferred but full training provided.
• Patience, empathy and respectful approach to residents.
• Able to work night shifts 8pm–8am, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship while giving emotional and practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Assisting residents with personal care and recreational activities.
• Helping residents retire for the night and sleep comfortably.
• Promoting resident independence in meal preparation and dining.
• Working with professionals to support individualised care plans.
