Job summary

Prime Life is seeking passionate Night Support Workers to join our friendly team in Brigg, working 8pm–8am on a full or part-time basis. Based at Southfield House, you’ll support 14 residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions in a compassionate, patient manner.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care worker is desirable but not essential.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents.
• Willingness to complete full training.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional and practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Support personal care and participation in recreational activities.
• Help residents retire for the night and ensure a comfortable sleep.
• Promote resident independence in meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop individual care plans.
