Job summary

Prime Life is recruiting Night Support Workers to join the team at Manor House Care Home in Alkborough. The role covers night shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7‑day week, with full or part‑time hours available.

We value a caring, patient approach. Prior care experience is welcome but not required, as full training is provided. DBS is fully funded, and a generous holiday pay scheme and refer-a-friend bonus are offered to staff supporting residents with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a genuine caring nature and a patient attitude.
• Prior experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
• Ability to work night shifts and show empathy to residents.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging residents to achieve the best possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assisting residents with daily living decisions and personal care.
• Supporting participation in recreational activities and meals.
• Ensuring residents retire peacefully and sleep soundly.
• Promoting independence in meal preparation where appropriate.
• Collaborating with professionals to develop personalised care plans.
