Job summary

Prime Life are seeking passionate Night Support Workers for their South Street Residential Home in Sheringham, Norfolk. Roles can be full or part time with shifts from 8pm to 8am across a 7-day week, designed to support residents with learning and physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

We offer competitive hourly rates (£12.96–£13.32), fully funded DBS, holiday pay, and a generous Refer a Friend scheme. Full training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• You will need a genuinely caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions and personal care.
• Support residents in engaging in recreational activities and their night routine.
• Promote independence in meal preparation where possible.
• Collaborate with other professionals on individual care plans.
